What I've Learned from France in 42 Days

• Food is important
• Flip flops shouldn't be worn to school
• I like French boys
• Homework is done in pen
• Eating pie with a fork is frowned upon
• 9.98/10 French people care more about who wins the US presidential election than you do
• The other .2 aren't Democrats
• Smoking a pack of cigarettes a day by the time you're 12 = perfectly acceptable
• Mustaches
• AMERICANISM IS NOT THE ONLY WAY OF LIFE!!!!1!!!11!!!1 :O
• Justin Bieber has, indeed, taken over the world with his high pitched screeches
• No matter how hard you push an American plug into an outlet here, it won't fit. It may, however, blow the electricity out of the house for awhile.
• Don't believe 100% of the things people tell you about other countries 
• If you want to throw your host family into the biggest shock of their lives, explain to them what a vegan is and that your mother used to be one
• Laughing is an international language
• Mayonnaise is delicious
